1. What services are offered at your salon suites?

Our suites are home to a variety of independent beauty professionals, including hairstylists, nail techs, estheticians, makeup artists, lash techs, and more. Each professional offers their own menu of services.

 

2. How do I book an appointment?

Appointments are booked directly with each beauty professional. You can find their booking links and contact information on our “-” or “-” page.

 

3. Where are you located?

18110 martin ave, homewood il 60430. We’re located in [plaza/landmark/etc. if helpful]. Free parking is available.

 

4. Do you accept walk-ins?

Since all professionals operate independently, walk-ins are not guaranteed. We highly recommend booking ahead to ensure availability.

 

5. What is your cancellation policy?

Each professional sets their own cancellation/rescheduling policy. Please check their individual policies when booking.

 

6. What should I do when I arrive?

When you arrive, come into the lobby and check in with your stylist (some may text you when ready). There is no front desk, as each professional manages their own schedule.

7. Is there parking available?

Yes! Free on-site parking is available for all clients. Street parking in front of the salon, as well as a parking lot in the back. 

 

8. Are children allowed?

This depends on the stylist. Please check with your service provider before bringing children to your appointment.

 

9. What payment methods are accepted?

Each stylist accepts their own forms of payment. Most accept cash, cards, and digital payments like Zelle or CashApp. Be sure to check their details when booking.

 

10. How can I become a stylist in your suites?
